I had the demo freeze up last night and I had to manually power down my 360 to reboot. I hope it was a rare occurrence, but I'm hearing about issues with the retail game too. I just hope EA has a patvh ready soon if there is a problem.

Are you keeping up with the news about editing rosters on both PS3 and 360?
The game freezes when editing and corrupts roster files and teams are disappearing from the edit screen:http://www.operationsports.com/mm/showthread.php?t=186018 I wonder how fast these issues can be patched. It seems just making small edits to a roster file can mess things up. |

Yeah, I've heard about that and have been following the drama over at PastaPadre too. I don't mind as long as the game doesn't freeze without editing the rosters - I have no problem playing the game with player numbers or auto-named/fake rosters. My freeze happened right after I scored a touchdown and the camera moved to the the mascot celebrating. Since it was the demo, I obviously didn't do any roster editing.

Since rosters are such a large part of the game, I am sure EA is doing everything they can to have a patch ready.

Looks like editing the roster files offline resolves the "freezing" issue.
