Snow makes ice patches; and rain makes the ball slippery and hard to
handle, although watching the field slowly get torn up and the players
get more and more muddy is sweet. 

Beyond
the sickening scenes on the field, Blitz offers treats for the ears and
eyes. On the audio side, comedian Frank Caliendo is on hand to do color
commentary in his best John Madden voice. Although Madden's name never
comes up, Frank's unexplainable side stories about his neighbor's dog,
his insightful commentary about a guy being in the best position for a
ball because he was in the best position, and talk of hardware store
commercials pretty much lets you know who he's parodying.

I think they put a few screens in the for Madden fans, mud on the field and players. What a novel idea.
