First you do need to save and upload a video.  After you login to EASW, find your video and play it. For example I am using this video http://www.easportsworld.com/en_US/video/81704 - http://www.easportsworld.com/en_US/video/81704 On the right of the video, click on the share button. Then click on the embed code and copy. Paste embed code in your post. Next you need to type in the forum code to display the movie. [F.LASH WIDTH=50 HEIGHT=50]THIS IS WHERE THE BOLDED STUFF GOES[/F.LASH] * Remove the periods where it is just FLASH and /FLASH - I had to add them to keep the code from coming up. The width and height can be whatever you want - the default is W425 - H355 for the easports videos but you can enlarge this (playing with the height you can also remove the black bars). The finished product - WIDTH=800 HEIGHT=515 (This was the optimum resolution for height and removing the black bars - at 520 height the bars show up) Smaller version - WIDTH=600 HEIGHT=395 (This was the optimum resolution for height and removing the black bars - at 400 height the bars show up) -------------
