There was one last year but they are claiming this as the "first first trailer." That said an open world game with an emphasis on adventure with a little action on the side. Count me in. The facial animations are simply amazing. [tube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p0SNYPBmgYE[/tube] -------------

Some tidbits I found at GAF on the game. Really long article on the game from earlier this year. http://www.next-gen.biz/features/open-world-confidential-la-noire?page=0,0 - http://www.next-gen.biz/features/open-world-confidential-la-noire?page=0,0 and There was a pretty broad article in Game Informer. You can't just walk up to anybody and shoot them, it seems like, but there WILL be moments of action where you get in fist fights and gun fights. It's unsure how 'emergent' these moments will be, or if they will all be heavily scripted. You drive around L.A. trying to put pieces of a crime together, and you can choose when and where to interview characters. And they will react based on the clues you put together. They had a heavy emphasis in the article about HOW you put the clues together... apparently, it requires actual brain storming and what not. It's not automated. The how you do these things is unsure. Will you have clues set up adventure-game style, where you can click though them and piece them together? Can't wait to find out. -------------
