Yes yes yes! I've been saying that for a while on this board. I just bought PGR4 today, so some of you should go out and buy Flatout!!!! $19.99 I think we'd have an absolute blast with SGN derbies!!!! I have it already, GB. I think Adam does too. (or did) |

I don't know if they have the derbies in the Demo, Jason. That's where it would be at online! :)
It's definitely an arcade racer, but 1p is not easy and multi-online would be lots of bash-em-up fun! How about Wed 10pm for PGR? I'm a complete n00b at 4, though. I think I rented it for like two days when it first came out, but I don't know any of the cars or tracks or anything. |

One of the fun (but disgusting) parts of the single player is the arena where you have challenges like bowling and basketball - you are basically on a drag strip and have to break at the right time, sending the driver through the windshield and hitting the targets. The all-out balls-to-the-wall races are reminiscent of old-school Burnout games (point-to-point while inflicting carnage). The demolition derbies are great fun. I think the demo has one demo derby arena in it. |
