The Game Maker's Apprentice Thread

B-17 Squadron Commander

   So, I picked this up after Kevin gave it a couple of recommendations.  Jason plans to get it and Kevin has it.  

I thought we could maybe share some ideas, give encouragement, and provide feedback for our games.  I know there is a more robust forum for this at yoyo, but it is more fun to share with you guys.

Do any of you have any games in the works or an idea in your head?

I'm just starting to do the lessons chapter by chapter with the hope of making a game called B-17 Squadron Commander.  My alternate title is The 303rd!  Hell's Angels.

This thread will probably end up in obscurity, but I figured I would try in case there is some interest.

	I'd love to see GMA need its own forum instead of just a thread. My Halo money would cover the cost of this right now .

	I've read through some things in the book. If you've been reading my blog, you'll know I have a spy adventure in mind (if I don't get too sidetracked with all of my other "projects," LOL). I absolute think we should all share our games here and/or through the official yoyogames site! They actually have a contest each year to see who can design the best game. I know there are over 10,000 games on the website. We just put our house up for sale, so I just finished a bunch of home improvement type projects, plus moving some stuff out to make the house "showable." I also have two reviews to work up in the next couple of weeks, plus all of the kids' sports are kicking off now. It's busy time for me! I hope to get more involved with GM soon... I'm really interested to see what you guys can come up with! Kevin
