I hope some of you got see the MAC Championship game last night - what a thriller!  I know I have a vested interest, being an Akron alumnus, but it was still some great football.

Domenik Hixon, fighting off cramps and dehydration, comes in for ONE play on the final drive, and makes it count with a 36-yard game-winning TD catch with :10 to go!  And, what about the effort from Garrett Wolfe?!  He's an incredible back, that somehow should end up playing on Sundays, despite being 5' 7" and 175 LBS. 

If it were "bigger name" schools involved, I guarantee you last night's game would've been an "instant classic."  Man, I love this sport!
